Service Description
Intimacy Coordinator/Intimacy Director advocates for the function, an intimacy coordinator is expected to ensure that: + all staff and actors are aware of the context of the intimacy as part of the story, communication about the intimacy takes place among participants and avenues for reporting harassment are available, +actors continually consent to all scenes of intimacy, +all scenes of intimacy are performed according to a previously agreed-to choreography, and +actors are encouraged to mark the end of each intimate scene with a moment to signal the return to real-life interaction. Intimacy Choreographer specializes in the techniques of staging intimate scenes.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES 1. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY To ensure the safety of all participants in this confidential coaching cohort, you agree to the following: The "Vegas Rule": What is shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. You agree not to disclose the identities or personal stories of other participants. Secure Environment: You must join from a private space where your screen and audio cannot be overheard by non-participants. No Link Sharing: Zoom access links are for registrants only. Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal without refund. 2. RECORDING USE Sessions are recorded by the instructor for registered student replay only. These recordings are for personal review and must strictly not be downloaded, shared, or distributed publicly or privately. 3. REFUND POLICY Due to the closed nature of this cohort and limited seating, our refund policy is strict: 100% Refund: If cancelled at least 7 days prior to the start date. 50% Refund: If cancelled between 6 days and 24 hours prior to the start date. No Refunds: Once the first session has begun, no refunds will be issued. 4. DISCLAIMER: COACHING VS. THERAPY This program provides psychoeducational skills and strategy. This is NOT group therapy. This is NOT medical or psychiatric treatment. The instructor (Aaron) is acting as a Coach/Educator, not a licensed therapist in this capacity. Participation does not establish a provider-patient relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, unprocessed trauma, or are in an unsafe situation, this course is not a substitute for clinical support. The instructor reserves the right to refer students to clinical resources if their needs exceed the scope of this course. 5. CODE OF CONDUCT We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy for hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, or harassment of any kind. Unwanted sexual advances toward other participants will not be tolerated. Violators will be removed immediately without refund. 6. AGREEMENT By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, Conditions, and Policies.
